摘要
探讨了喷油器长径比变化对ZH1105柴油机性能的影响。结果表明,长径比变化对柴油机大负荷工况的燃油消耗率和烟度有明显影响。通过对燃油喷雾特性的分析,揭示了喷孔长径比变化影响柴油机性能的原因。
The influence of inject nozzle＇ length/diameter ratio change on ZH1105 diesel engine is studied in this paper. The experiment results show that the different length/diameter ratios make a remarkable influence on the fuel consumption and smoke emission of the engine in heavy load. Through the analysis of fuel spray, the reasons that the length/diameter ratios affect the engine performance are illustrated.
