摘要
延安东路隧道南线工程的圆形隧道部分,采用由日本三菱重工神户造船所制造的Φ11.22m大型泥水平衡盾构进行掘进,并采取预制钢筋混凝土管片单层衬砌的结构形式,施工中由于采用了双液注浆方法及同步注浆和壁后注浆技术,保证了注浆质量,有效地控制了地面沉降,对保护地面建筑和地下管线起到了积极作用。本文将主要介绍双液注浆在盾构施工中的应用、浆液性能、注浆方法以及注浆系统的改进。
Two-shot solution grouting, synchronous grouting and behind-the-wall grouting were adopted in the construction of South Tube of Yanan Donglu Tunnel in Shanghai in order to get good grouting quality and to effectively control the ground settlement, which played an active role on the protection of ground buildings and underground pipelines. The paper mainly describes its application, grout characters, grouting method and improvement of grouting system.
