摘要
新创型企业的软件开发必须要加强人力资源管理,加强企业培养,严格外部招聘,快速进行产品开发过程的标准化,建立完善、可靠、保密的研发支持环境,并使部门的管理成为企业腾飞的助推器。但由于新创企业的资本、经验方面的限制,在管理中无法做到面面俱到,同时由于CMM自身的特点,为适应新创企业的要求,需要对CMM(Capability Maturity Model,即能力成熟度模型)进行一定的提炼精简。因此,在CMM基础上针对关键点的管理,更适合新创型企业的需要。
Software development of new enterprise needs strengthen of human resource management and corporate training, strict of external recruitment, standardization of rapid product development process and establishment of perfect, reliable, confidential re- search and development environment, making department management to be the booster of the enterprise. However, management of the new enterprise couldn't be perfect because of the restriction of finance and experience. At the same time, to adapt the require- ment of the new business, the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) needs to be epurated. In conclusion, based on the CMM, manage- ment focused on the key point is more suitable to the new enterprise.
