摘要 通过集成VRML、Java等开放的标准和技术,实现了基于Web和非沉浸式虚拟现实(VR)的自行车虚拟实时三维定制系统,克服了基于文本和二维图形的定制系统中设计结果不能实时逼真显示的缺点。对三维自行车模型进行了优化,以适应远程传输和实时渲染的要求。以零部件为基本单元实现了自行车造型及外观的改变,普通客户可直接参与自行车的个性化实时定制设计,有助于生产企业及时有效地获得用户真实全面的需求信息,增加产品的用户满意度。 A Web- and non-immersion virtual reality-based virtual real-time 3D customization system of bicycle is proposed in this paper through integrating some open standards and technologies including VRML and Java. The disadvantage of text- and 2D drawing-based customization system, in which the design result cannot be displayed realistically in real time, is solved. The 3D bicycle models are optimized to adapt to the long-distance transmission and real-time render. The bicycle types and appearances are modified on the basis of parts. Ordinary clients can be directly involved in the individual real-time customization of bicycle. Such a system would help enterprises to capture users' real demands efficiently and timely and increase users' satisfaction degree for the product.
