摘要
为了使往复泵连杆在设计时质量轻、工作可靠,基于ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL建立了往复泵连杆参数化模型,对连杆工作状况和受力情况做出合理简化,通过有限元分析确定了其应力集中点,利用ANSYS的优化设计技术,在满足最大应力值约束条件下,使连杆各设计参数合理组合,最终达到连杆质量最轻的设计目标。优化结果表明,连杆设计质量下降,同时满足工况要求。
In order to making reciprocating pump connecting rod lightweight and reliable in design , The APDL, based on ANSYS, establishes reciprocating pump connecting rod's parameter model, simplifies connecting rod's working condition and force condition, according finite element analysis to determine the point of stress concentration, on the premise of satisfying the maximum stress value constraints, uses ANSYS's optimization design technology, makes the connecting rod's design parameters assemble reasonably, finally achieve the design objective--- the mass of the connecting rod is lightest. The optimization results show that the quality of designed connecting rod decline, while meeting the conditions required
