摘要
针对大口径自行火炮普遍存在的抽气效果不佳的问题,建立了包括内弹道模型、反后坐装置模型和抽气装置抽气效能模型的某大口径自行火炮抽气装置系统模型。基于该模型全面地分析了影响自行火炮抽气装置效能的因素,这些因素既包括使用条件方面的装药号、温度和射角,也包括火炮自身技术状况方面的复进机气压、驻退机液量和驻退机节制环磨损量,结果表明,抽气装置很难在这些因素综合作用下可靠抽气。从抽气效能最差的使用条件出发,在分析各结构参数变化对抽气装置效能影响的基础上,给出了一种抽气装置结构改进方案,使该火炮的抽气效能得以大幅度提高。
Aimed at the problem of most big caliber self-propelled guns have poor evacuating effect, the system model of certain big caliber self-propelled gun evacuator including interior ballistic trajectory model, recoil system model and evacuator effect model was built up. Based on the system model, the effect influencing factors from use conditions(powder charge, temperature, and fire angle) and gun technical status(air pressure of the recuperator, liquid volume of the recoil brake and abrasion volume of the brake ring) were analyzed and the fact that the evacuator can not work efficiently under the factors was discovered. Considering the use condition with the worst evacuating effect, after analyzing the infection to the evacuating efficiency of the evacuator structure parameters, an evacuator structure improved scheme was presented and it can increase the evacuating efficiency evidently.
