消疡饮漱咽治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of Xiaoyangyin on acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth by gargling and swallowing

目的观察消疡饮漱咽治疗急性冠周炎的疗效。方法300例患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用消疡饮进行局部冲洗、漱咽等治疗,对照组用3%过氧化氢液和生理盐水局部冲洗并给予甲硝唑口服。结果消疡饮治疗急性智齿冠周炎总显效率为90.6%,痊愈率为85.3%,均明显高于观察组(P(0.05,P(0.01)。结论消疡饮治疗急性智齿冠周炎临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effects of treatment on acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth with Xiaoyangyin used by gargling and swallowing.Methods：300 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The observed patients were treated with Xiaoyangyin by gargling and swallowing while the control group were treated with 3% H2O2and 0.9%NS by washing and with Metronidazole tablets.Results： The obvious effective rate of treatment was 90.6% in the experimental group and the cured rate was 85.3%.Compared with the control group,the results of treatment on acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth with Xiaoyangyin is better（P﹤0.05）,the cured rate is increased obviously（P﹤0.01）.Conclusion： The treatment of Xiao yangyin used by gargling and swallowing on acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth produces better curative effect
