稳心颗粒对扩张型心肌病左心室重构和心功能的影响

The influence of Wenxin Granule on left ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的观察稳心颗粒对扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者心室重构和心功能的影响,以及在心力衰竭患者中用药的安全性。方法选择60例DCM患者,随机分为干预组(28例)及对照组(32例),干预组在常规治疗基础上合用稳心颗粒,随访3个月。于干预治疗前及干预治疗后第1、3个月,分别检测心电图及各项心功能指标。结果两组治疗后各项心功能指标均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间同期比较,干预组比对照组疗效更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒治疗DCM有改善心功能、逆转心室重构及缩小心脏的趋势。

Objective： To observe the influence of Wenxin Granule on left ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and the drug safety in patients with heart failure.Methods： 60 patients with DCM were randomly divided into intervention group（28 cases） and control group（32 cases）.The former group was combined with WenXin particles on the basis of conventional therapy and followed up for 3 months.ECG and various indicators of cardiac function were examined before the intervention treatment and the first and third month after the intervention treatment.Results： The cardiac function in these two groups were significantly improved and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;compared between the two groups,the results of the intervention group were more effective than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Wenxin Granule can improve heart function of patients with DCM and can reverse the trend of cardiac remodeling and the reduction of the heart.
