摘要
利用甲基膦酸二甲酯、五氧化二磷和季戊四醇合成棉织物用无甲醛阻燃剂,分析了甲基膦酸二甲酯、五氧化二磷和季戊四醇的用量对阻燃剂的外观及应用性能的影响。采用阻燃剂、交联剂(柠檬酸/马来酸)、催化剂(次亚磷酸钠)对纯棉织物进行阻燃整理;探讨了阻燃剂用量、交联剂用量和催化剂用量对阻燃效果的影响。
Formaldhyde free flame retardant for cotton fabrics was synthesized with dimethyl methylphosphonate phosphoric pentaoxide and pentaerythritol. The influences of the dosages of dimethyl methylphosphonate, phosphoric pentaoxide and pentaerythritol on the flame retardant effect were studied. Cotton fabrics were fininshed by flame retardant, cross-linking agent (citric acid/maleic acid) and catalyst. The influences of flame retardant, cross-linking agent and catalyst on the flame-retardant effect were investigated.
