摘要
铜/钢双金属弹壳制成的炮弹弹道性能非常优越,但该双金属弹壳的成形较为困难。文章对铜/钢双金属弹壳进行工艺分析与计算,分析铜/钢双金属复合材料塑性变形的特点,论述各种因素对拉深工艺的影响,通过试验研究,进一步优化模具结构,优选工艺参数,制定合理的退火规范和润滑方式。从而提出了一套行之有效的铜/钢双金属弹壳成形工艺,确保双金属弹壳的质量满足武器性能要求。
The ballistic trajectory performance of the shot installing the cartridge case made of bimetal Cu/Fe is very outstanding, but the forming of the bimetal cartridge case is difficult. This paper analyses the technology of copper and steel cartridge case and calculates the technical parameters. The characteristics of plastic deformation of the bimetal Cu/Fe are analyzed and the effects of various factors on the deep drawing technology are expounded. Based on experiments and studies, the die structure and technological parameters are further optimized, and rational annealing regulation and lubricating pattern are formulated. The whole set of technology working effectively for forming cartridge case made of bimetal Cu/Fe could prove the quality of the bimetal cartridge case and satisfy the needs for the properties of weapon.
