摘要 文章对热推弯管成形过程进行数值模拟,选取不同参数和水平进行正交试验设计,将管壁厚度和均匀性量化为壁厚的均值和方差,并基于该两项指标分析试验结果,得出牛角芯模的弯曲角度、扩径比、起始弯曲半径、推制速度、工模间摩擦系数对工艺的影响显著性和规律性,并获得较优的工艺参数值。验证实验结果表明,模拟及正交试验优化结果准确有效,推制管件达到壁厚减薄率和均匀性要求。 The process of hot-pushing pipe-bending was simulated with different factors and different levels being chosen in the virtual orthogonal experiment. Based on the quantification of the value and the uniformity of the pipe thickness to the average val ue and variance of thickness, rationalized technological parameters were then obtained including bending angle, expanding ratio, initial bending radius, pushing speed and the influence of the friction coefficient. The verifying experiment shows that the results of the numerical simulation and orthogonal experiment were accurate and effectual and the pipe quality met the requirement on the wall thickness and uniformity.
