摘要
提出了平面二次包络环面蜗轮副的三维实体造型方法,介绍了三维造型系统的开发环境、系统结构和功能,并以母平面倾角β对齿顶“变尖”的影响为例,说明了所开发的三维实体造型系统的应用,展示了三维实体造型在蜗杆传动研究中的广阔前景。
A 3D solid modeling method as applied to the plane generated double enveloping hourglass worm gear pairs is presented and the developing environment, architecture and functions of the 3D modeling system are introduced. An application example that illustrates how the inclination angle of the motherplane affects the shape of the worm teeth is also given.
