摘要
对平面二次包络环面蜗轮副接触状况进行了理论分析,建立了求解接触点位置和中心夹角的极小值的数学模型,并进行了非理想接触状况的计算机仿真研究,为研究安装和制造误差对平面二次包络环面蜗轮副的啮合性能的影响提供了有效的方法。
A theoretical analysis of the contact of double enveloping is presented and the method of calculating the contact position minimum of the center angle is given. The contact state simulation system, a realistic method of studying the effects of errors on the gearing property, is presented.
