TC-3000导热系数测定仪功能修复

摘要 对TC-3000导热系数测定仪存在的问题进行排查、分析,主要存在4个方面的问题:(1)样品室真空达不到工作要求;(2)激光系统强度太低;(3)数据处理系统工作不正常;(4)冷却系统达不到工作要求。通过对相关设备系统进行清理、调整和更换等修复方法,TC-3000导热系数测定仪重新投入使用,设备运作正常,延长设备使用寿命,对具有真空系统、激光系统的大型精密仪器的维护修复具有积极指导作用。 The problems existing in the TC-3000 heat conduction coefficient measurement device have been checked and analyzed and it's determined that four problems are mainly existing, namely, (1) the vacuum of the sample chamber can not meet the working requirements; (2) the intensity of the laser system is too low; (3) the data processing system is functioning improperly; and (4) the conditions of the cooling system doesn't come up to the working requirements. By adopting a series of rehabilitation measures such as clearing, readjustment and replacement of the equipments concerned the newly repaired TC-3000 heat condution measurement device is working properly and its service life is extended. It's of great use in guiding the repair and maintenance of the large size sophisticated instruments of the vacuum system and laser system.
