摘要
叙述了提高自然资源利用的方式和方法,指出应遵循生态规律开发利用资源,分析了未来利用资源存在的风险,提出了规避风险的思路。
This paper describes ways and methods of how to improve the natural resources utilization, points out that we should follow the ecological law when we develop and utilize resources. The author analyzes existing risks when we utilize resources in the future and puts forwards ideas to avoid the risk.
