Achievement in the Legislation of Building Energy Saving in China and Reference of Roreign Legislation Experience

介绍了中国建筑节能的主要法律法规及其立法成就,阐述了发达国家建筑节能立法的特点,指出了中国存在的差距,提出了借鉴国外立法经验,继续推进中国建筑节能立法建设的建议。

This paper introduces the main laws and regulations of energy saving in our country, summarizes its achievements of our country in this field, illustrates the main characteristics of energy saving legislations in developed countries, and then points out the gaps between our country and developed countries. Finally, proposes some suggestions on utilizing foreign experiences to advance the development of energy saving in our country.
