针对辐射安全和防护状况年度评估报告的法律责任、评估方式及效果,提出了在立法上完善年度评估报告制度,允许辐射安全年度评估方式多样化及明确市、县环保部门的监管职责等的建议与对策。

This paper describes legal responsibility and assessment methods and results of the annual assessment report on radiation safety and protection status. The author proposes some recommendations and countermeasures such as perfecting as- sessment report system in legislation, allowing diversification of the annual assessment of radiation safety and clearing the supervisory duties of city and county environmental protection department.
