清溪1井溢流压井分析

Analysis of Kick Killing in Well Qingxi-1

介绍了清溪1井钻井基本情况、溢流发生过程和压井施工情况,分析了压井施工过程与压井失败的主要原因,指出了对喷、漏关系没有正确的认识、采取的措施不恰当是压井失败的主要原因,而对压井后期套压突然升高缺乏正确认识、控制不当是造成压井失败的直接原因。提出了正确认识套压曲线"尖峰"、合理控制井口套压、"压井与堵漏并重"等建议,为以后类似问题的处理提供了依据。

This paper introduces Qingxi-1 well's basic information,kick development,and well killing operation.The killing produce and the reasons of failure were analyzed.It pointed out that misunderstanding the relationship between blowout and circulating loss,and improper measures are the main reasons for the failure.The direct reason is the lack of understanding of abrupt casing pressure increase in later period and improper controls.The suggestions of correct understanding of casing pressure curve,reasonable control of shut in casing pressure,and considering both killing and circulating loss are proposed.
