乳化柴油的试验研究与分析

Examination and Analysis of Diesel Oil Emulsion

柴油乳化过程是指在乳化剂的作用下,水和油以微小颗粒的形式结合在一起。介绍了一种自动控制的柴油乳化过程。为了得到按不同比例配制的乳化柴油的节油和废气排放数据,进行了柴油机台架试验。试验结果表明,按一定比例配制的乳化柴油具有一定的节油效果和改善废气排放效果。

A kind of automatically controlled procedure of Diesel oil emulsionization is presented,which means that water and oil are mixed together in a manner of tiny particules under the action of emulsifying agent. In order to get fuel saving and exhaust gas emission data of emulsionized Diesel oil made up with different mixing ratio,rig test of Diesel engine is performed. The test result shows that definite effect of fuel saving and exhaust emission im-provement are achieved for the emulsified Diesel oil of definite mixing ratio.
