摘要
红山1井是中国石油集团公司部署在柴达木盆地的一口重点风险探井,处于F7断裂带上,地层破碎,夹多套煤层和砾石层,地层倾角大,井塌、井漏和卡钻事故频繁发生。通过简化钻具组合、优化钻井参数、强化短起下钻作业、增强钻井液的悬浮与封堵防塌性能,成功完成了钻探工作。在测井、下套管前,采用不开泵通井、沉降和封闭液法,保证了测井和下套管作业一次成功。红山1井的成功钻探,为断裂带钻探施工积累了经验。
Well Hongshan-1, a key exploration well drilled by CNPC, is allocated in Caidam Basin. The formation is in F7 fault and has large dip angle, and multiple alternate zones of coal and gravel. Drill ing accidents occurred frequently, including well collapse, well circulating loss and pipe sticking.
