摘要
目的通过调查非现役文职护士的一般自我效能感和应对方式,了解其身心状态,促进非现役文职护士维护身心健康、提高工作效率。方法使用自我效能感量表和应对方式量表对73名非现役文职护士进行问卷调查及相关性研究。结果非现役文职护士的自我效能感平均分为(2.80±0.45)分,高于军人护士但低于常模(P<0.05);非现役文职护士的解决问题和求助因子高于女军人常模,自责、幻想、退避和合理化因子低于女军人常模(P<0.01);非现役文职护士主要采取解决问题和求助两种积极的应对方式,自我效能感与解决问题因子呈正相关(r=0.382,P<0.05)。结论非现役文职护士自我效能感较强,应对方式积极,护理管理者应充分发挥她们的优势,积极引导和组织,提升非现役文职护士的工作质量和效率。
Objective To investigate the general self-efficacy and coping styles of the non-commissionel civilian nurses and to understand their physical and mental state for impelling them to uphold physical and mental health and improve working efficiency. Methods Seventy-three non-commissionel civilian nurses were surveyed with a questionnaire of general self-efficacy scale and coping style scale,and the related researches on the results were conducted. Results The mean point of the non-commissionel civilian nurses' self-efficacy was (2.80 ±0.45), which was higher than that of military nurses and lower than the norm (P〈0.05) ;The factors of resolving problem and seeking help of the non-commissionel civilian nurses were higher than those of the servicewomen's norm;The factors of self condemnation, fantasy, retreat and rationalization of the non-commissionel civilian nurses were lower than those of the servicewomen's norm(P〈0.01) ;The non-eommissionel civilian nur ses mainly took two kinds of active coping styles-resolving problem and seeking help; There was significant positive correlation between the self-efficacy factor and the resolving problem factor (r = 0. 382,P〈0.05). Conclusion Non-commissionel nurses possess a strong self-efficacy and active coping styles. Nursing administrators should fully explore their advantages and actively guide and organize them to enhance their working quality and efficiency.
