搅拌器A301机械密封及封液系统改造

摘要 改造后的搅拌器A301封液系统采用热虹吸与设备本体引压相结合,来实现冷却机械密封、平衡机械密封内外压力;加高了搅拌器减速机支架,并在机械密封腔内加一个定位轴承减小了搅拌轴运转中径向摆动量,消除了搅拌轴对机封部件的径向挤压。搅拌器A301机械密封系统的成功改造,彻底消除了影响四氢呋喃装置主反应器搅拌器A301平稳运行的隐患,实现了四氢呋喃主反应器长周期、安全、平稳的运行。 Heat siphon and the pressure introduced from the equipment were used in the reformed liquid seal system in agitator A301 so as to cool the mechanical seal and balance the pressures inside and outside the mechanical seal. The frame for drive was elevated and a positioning coupling was added in the chamber in mechanical seal. In this way, the radial sway of shaft in operation was reduced and the radial squeeze to the seal parts was avoided. The successful reform for the mechanical seal system for agitator A301 has thoroughly removed the hidden trouble which would influence the stable performance of the agitator A301 in the main reactor and guarantee the main reactor to operate safely within a long term.
