塔底强制循环泵入口管道防振设计

摘要 130 kt/a丙烯酸及酯装置分馏塔塔底物料出口至泵入口的管线振动,管内流体的频率和管道结构的固有频率相近是产生振动的原因。提高管道结构的固有频率,使管内流体的频率和管道结构的固有频率错开,可避免管道振动。设计了调整管道元件分布和增加减振系统两种方案,比较确定更加合理的方案。选用增加减振系统方案,方案实施后,管线没有发生振动现象。 The vibration was occurred in the piping which connecting the outlet at the bottom of the distillation column, which is used in acrylic acid and ester unit, with the inlet of pump. The main cause was that the flow rate of the fluid in the piping was quite closed to the inherent frequency of the piping. Thus, the vibration can be avoided when the inherent frequency of the piping was changed so that it is different from the flow rate of the fluid. Two schemes were designed. One is to adjust the fittings in the piping, and the other is to add a damp. After the comparison, the scheme of adding damp is selected. When this scheme is used, there is no vibration occurred.
