摘要
本文采用钛酸四丁酯和硝酸铁为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺铁TiO2粉体,并用XRD、IR和DSC对其结构进行了表征。以铁掺杂纳米TiO2为光催化剂,在紫外光照的条件下处理了模拟喹啉废水。考察了不同条件对光催化分解率效果的影响。实验结果表明,制备掺铁0.15%的TiO2平均粒径为26.6nm,在412℃时发生晶型转变,提高了TiO2对喹啉废水的处理。
using Titanium tetrabutylate and Ferric nitrate as raw materials, we made TiO2 powder embedded by Fe atom with SOL-GEL method,and charaterized its structure by XRD, IR and DSCo With nanometer TiO2 material embedded by Fe atom as photocatalyst,Under the ultraviolet radiation , we treated the simulation quinoline wastewater and tested the effect on photocatalystic oxidation under different conditions. All results show that the averge grain size of TiO2 with 0. 15% Fe is 26.6nm and crystalline transition is occured at 412℃, which is helpful to the treatment for the quinoline wastewater.
