随着信息技术的迅猛发展,电子政务已经成为衡量城市及国家竞争力水平的重要标志。近几年来,淄博市电子政务建设和应用取得了显著进展,但总体上仍处于起步阶段,尚存在地级市电子政务建设中的一些普遍性问题。需要加快转变观念,统筹规划,加快资源整合,实现信息共享。
