摘要
薄壁液压缸筒是工程机械中常用的零件。在加工中,液压缸筒的夹紧变形一直是影响其加工精度的主要原因之一。采用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS作为模拟工具,对薄壁液压缸筒的夹紧变形进行模拟,并对不同夹紧方法进行比较。模拟结果与实验结果相一致,说明模拟方法是正确的,对实际加工及变形预测有现实的指导意义。
Thin-wall hydraulic cylinders are commonly used parts in the engineering machinery. The clamping deformation of the hydraulic cylinders is a main factor for its machining precision. The general FEA software ABAQUS was used as the simulation tool to simulate the clamping deformation of the thin-wall hydraulic cylinder. The results of different clamping methods were analysed and compared. The simulation results and the test results are almost the same. It proved that the simulation method is true, and can use it instruct the machining process and the prediction of the deformation.
