摘要 介绍了多轴分段传动控制技术在全数控1512锭配集体落纱超长细纱机上的应用。该机型罗拉部分采用了独立驱动技术,通过伺服传动取代齿轮连接,前中后罗拉严格同步,实现牵伸倍数和捻度的精密控制,保证高支数纱线的成纱质量;通过取消钢领板的凸轮机构,采用伺服控制技术实现了结构的简化、生产速度的提高以及纱线支数和管纱成形的自动调节,使得机器更加具有柔性。全触摸人机界面设定能够适应终端用户对于纺纱工艺不断变化的市场需求。 This article mainly introduces the application of multi-spindle sectional driving control technology in the first homemade NC ring spinning frame, which has 1512 spindles and is equipped with integral doffing device. The rollers of such machine adopt the individual driving system and all mechanical change gears are canceled. Through replacing the conventional complex mechanical gears by servo driving, the front, middle and back rollers are synchronous strictly, the draft times and twists are precise and the quality of high-count yarn is good; in addition, through adopting the advanced servo control system instead of the mechanical cams of ring rail, it realizes the electric winding formation, simple mechanical structure, high production speed and auto-adjustment of yarn counts and cop building. The more flexible machine and the touch human-machine interface are suitable for the changeable marketing demands of endusers. The machine also adopts the advanced position servo control system starting the integral auto-doffing function to link with spinning and doffing, so as to improve the production speed greatly, reduce the labor and production cost efficiently.
