This paper systematically describes how to select source gas type, automatic control its pressure and waste gas emission. We have a deep understand in usage of liquid nitrogen, application of pneumatic proportional valve and the treatment of high temperature waste gas after execution of this project. The knowlage will have a well reference in other similar application.
