大功率采煤机具有安全性能好、生产效率高、检控功能较完善、事故率低、维护简单等特点。随着国内经济发展,各煤炭生产基地对此类采煤机需求猛增。经过多年的引进技术和自主研发,我国大功率采煤机取得了发展,但在性能和可靠性等方面与世界先进国家相比,还存在一定的差距,故对国内大功率采煤机的发展方向提出了建议。

There are many features of powerful shearers, such as good safety performance, high production efficiency, better check and control function, low accident rate and easy maintenance. With the rapid development of our country＇s economy, for main coal production bases, their demand for powerful, high-reliable shearers will soar. Powerful shearers in our country have made significant progress after decades of introducing and adopting technology, researching and developing. However, there is still a definite gap between China and developed counties in the aspects of performance and reliability. This thesis is meant to provide a development orientation for domestic powerful shearers.
