摘要 结合应用实例介绍两种软件。独立悬架和转向设计计算软件可进行三维运动分析,绘制车轮定位参数和转角关系等曲线,对转向与悬架的匹配进行优化,减轻轮胎磨损。钢板弹簧设计计算软件可实现从板簧选型到弹性特性、应力分布、叶片弧高和尺寸参数等设计计算全过程的CAE化。两种软件均采用下拉式选单和醒目的对话框,操作便利、计算迅速、结果准确。可缩短产品设计周期,减小试制风险。 Two kinds of softwares are introduced by citing examples. The computer softwares for independent suspension and steering gear design can be. used for analysing 3-dimensional movement, plotting curves of wheel alignment parameter and steering angle relationship, optimizing the match between steering and suspension, reducing tyre wear. The software for leaf spring makes a contribution to realization of CAE of the whole process from selection of leaf spring to design and computation of its elastic properties, stress distribution, leaf arc height and dimensions. The softwares adopt down-drawing menu selection and striking dialogue frame which leads to easy operation, quick computation and accurate results with shorter design period and less risk with pilot production.
