自酸蚀和全酸蚀树脂粘结剂对石英纤维桩固位力影响的比较研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:比较自酸蚀和全酸蚀树脂粘结剂对石英纤维粘结后粘结强度的差异,为临床合理选择粘结剂提供实验依据。方法:选用正常人离体上颌中切牙16颗,经体外完善根管预备并完成根管充填后,于邻面釉牙骨质界水平截断并预备桩道,然后分别包埋在自凝塑料柱内固定。16颗离体牙被随机分成两组,每组各8例,分别用自酸蚀和全酸蚀树脂粘结剂粘结石英纤维桩于牙根桩道内,用力学试验机以1mm/min速度牵拉纤维桩,记录纤维桩与牙根脱离时的最大载荷并进行t检验统计分析。结果:自酸蚀树脂粘结剂石英纤维桩组的粘结强度(246.48N±103.58N)高于全酸蚀粘结剂石英纤维桩组(30.46N±5.41N),完全随机设计资料的t检验显示P<0.01,两者差异有显著性。结论:自酸蚀树脂粘结剂石英纤维桩的粘结强度明显优于全酸蚀石英纤维桩粘结剂。 Objective: To evaluate the retention strengths of total-etching and self-etching adhesive systems on quartz fiber-reinforced posts, and to guide the rational choose of the luting systems during clinical work. Methods: 16 in-vitro sound maxillary central incisors were included in this study. After sound root canal therapy, all teeth were sectioned at the cemento-enamel junction level in adjacent sides, continued with standardized post space preparations, then roots were embedded into self-truing resin for support. 16 samples were divided two groups randomly, with 8 for each group, AESTHETI-PLUS quartz fiber-reinforced posts were placed into the root space using two adhesive systems (self-etching adhesive system and acid-etching adhesive systems) for each group. Pull-out bond strength tests were performed under unique protocol by 1 nun / min. Data were analyzed using t test. Results: The adhesive strengths for self-etching adhesive system and acid-etching adhesive system were 246.48N±103.58N and 30.46N ±5.41N respectively, difference shows significance by t-test, P〈0.01. Conclusion: The bonding strength of self-etching adhesive resin cement is better than the acid-etching adhesive resin cement.
