权利本位与传统等级观念的冲突——兼论农村基层民主建设

Conflict between Right Orientation and Traditional Grade Concept——Also on Rural Basal Democracy Construction

市场经济机制引入之前,中国民主观念的发展主要受到传统等级观念的影响,特别是在农村基层民主政治建设过程中表现得尤为突出。随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立,权利本位观念也逐渐成型。在与传统等级观念的冲突中,权利本位充分保证了公民民主权利观念的形成与权利的正常行使,有效保证了农村基层民主建设事业的顺利实施。

Before market economy mechanism is introduced, Chinese democratic concept was mainly influenced by traditional grade concept, especially in the construction process of rural basal democratic politics. With the gradual establishment of socialist market economy mechanism, right orientation concept is gradually formed. In the conflict with traditional grade concept, right orientation sufficiently guarantees the formation of people＇ s democratic right concept and the normal exertion of right and then effectively guarantees the smoothly implementation of rural basal democracy construction.
