脑静脉窦血栓形成螺旋CT的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT(SCT)对静脉窦血栓形成(CVT)的诊断价值。方法对12例临床怀疑或随诊CVT行SCT检查,并与MRV、脑静脉DSA对照分析。结果SCT对中大脑静脉窦显示较好,显示率达90%以上。结论SCT是诊断CVT可靠、有效和快捷的检查方法,尤其对急性或慢性CVT诊断、CVT治疗后随访以及脑水肿、脑出血等脑实质并发症的显示更为准确。 Objective To evaluate the value of spiral CT (SCT) sanning in detecting cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVT). Methods Cerebral venous spiral CT scanning was performed in 12 patients with CVT. The results were compared with MRI,MRV and DSA. Results The displaying rate of cerebral veins and sinuses on SCT was up to 90%. Conclusion Spiral CT scanning is a fast and reliable examination for excluding or verifying cerebral venous lesions,especially for the diagnosis and follow-up acute or chronic cerebral venous thrombosis, and for the detection of cerebral parenchymal complications, such as edema and hemorrhage.
