七叶皂甙钠对脑出血患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α与S100蛋白含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究七叶皂甙钠对脑出血患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与S100蛋白含量的影响。方法将病人随机分成脑出血常规治疗组、七叶皂甙钠治疗组,采用ELISA技术于脑出血后1d、3d检测所用患者血清中TNF-α与S100蛋白的含量。结果与常规治疗组比较,七叶皂甙钠治疗组患者血清中TNF-α与S100蛋白的含量均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论七叶皂甙钠可以抑制脑出血炎症因子的表达,减轻脑损伤的程度。 Objective To study the influence of sodium aescinate on the expression of TNF-α and S100 protein in patients with cerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Methods The serum S-10013 protein and TNF-α of all the patients with cerebral hemorrhage was tested with ELISA at 1 day, 3 days after the hemorrhage happened. Results Compared with normal treated group, the expression level of S-10013 protein and TNF-α was significantly reduced with the treatment of sodium aescinate (P〈0.01). Conclusion Sodium aescinate can reduce the expression of inflammatory factor in patients after ICH and allievate the severity of brain damage.
