小儿支原体肺炎的护理体会

Nursing on children with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及护理体会。方法用阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎,观察临床有效率及不良反应发生率,并进行有效的护理措施。结果本组患儿均治愈出院或好转带药出院,有效率95.7%,不良反应发生率12%。结论阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎有较好疗效,结合有效的护理措施,使医护人员与患儿家长加强交流沟通,增加了患儿及家长用药的依从性,提高了治愈率。

Objective To investigate the azithromyein treating children with myeoplasma pneumonia and nursing efficacy.Methods With azithromycin treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, the clinical efficient and incidence of adverse reactions, and effective care measures were observed. Results The children were cured and discharged from hospital or discharge improved with drugs, the efficiency was 95.7 %, the incidence of adverse reactions was 12%. Conclusion Azithromycin has good efficacy on mycoplasma pneumonia. Combined with effective nursing measures can make health care personnel to enhance communication with parents, children, and increase medication compliance of patients and their parents, and increase cure rate.
