摘要
通过建立肌球蛋白工作循环的四态模型,利用化学动力学方法,讨论了动力冲程过程的几率和无机磷酸盐的释放率是影响动力冲程分布的两个重要因素,得到动力冲程的大小近似呈均值为(8-10)nm的高斯分布。
A mechanochemical actin- activated myosin ATPase cycle fourstate model is proposed. Utilizing the chemical kinetic method, the relationship between the distribution of power stroke and the pmbabihties of the attach states and the release of Pi are discussed. It is showed that the probabilities of the attach states and the release of Pi play an important role which affect the distribution of power stroke, and we get that the distribution of power stroke is approximately in accord with Gauss distribution with a mean value of around (8 - 10)nm.
