摘要
工程造价是指建设某项工程项目所花费的全部费用。造价管理即是对建设项目在投资决策阶级、设计阶段、招标投标阶段和项目实施阶段以及建设结算阶段实行全过程的管理,把建设项目的投资控制在批准的投资限额内,保证项目管理目标的实现,以求能在建设项目中合理地使用人力、物力、财力,取得较大的投资效益。
Engineering cost is the total fee of constructing a engineering project. Cost management is to manage the constmetion project in the phase of investment decision, design, bidding, implementing and balance, to control the project investment in the approved control budget, to ensure the suitable usage of manpower, financial and material resources to get higher investment benefit.
