摘要
随着社会文明和信息化、网络化程度的提高,服务危机极大地影响着图书馆的社会形象和图书馆事业的发展。在服务方式、服务理念、服务质量上怎样提高图书馆员的能动性、创造性,怎样培养图书馆员的职业自信心是关系到图书馆事业未来发展的大问题。文章对图书馆员职业信心的培养以及服务方式等方面进行了探讨,并提出了几点建议。
Service crisis affects the library＇ s society iconic and development along with the improvement of society civilization, information and network. Improving librarian＇ s creativeness and traffieability from service mode, theory and quality and cultivating librarian＇ s occupation belief is referred to the library development. This paper discuses the cultivation of librarian＇s occupation belief and service mode and puts forward relevant plan.
