摘要
在理解能力概念的基础上,对数字图书馆员能力进行管理,即获取、使用、激励和开发能力。最后对图书馆员能力进行整合,构建图书馆的核心能力。
On the base of understanding the ability concept, this paper states the management of digital library personnel, which is the ability of acquisition, usage, excitation and development ability, and the core ability of integration and constructing library.
