摘要 控制性能标准(CPS)考核水平的提高是以增加发电机控制指令的下发次数为代价的。如果自动发电控制(AGC)机组调节频繁,机组煤耗和机组磨损会显著增加,导致机组发电效益下降。为了在保证较高CPS考核水平的同时减少发电机控制指令的下发次数,并且提高系统的鲁棒性,文中结合实际电网提出了一种能够在线调节比例积分(PI)控制器参数的AGC变论域模糊松弛控制方法。仿真结果表明,即使电网结构参数发生变化或受到较大随机干扰时,被控系统仍具有快速的负荷适应性、良好的抗扰动能力和很强的鲁棒性,且能在保证CPS考核合格率的同时,明显减少控制命令的下发次数和机组的反调次数。 The compliance levels of control performance standard (CPS) are often improved at the expense of increasing the number of times of generator regulation instructions. If generators are regulated frequently, their coal consumption and wear and tear will significantly increase, which may result in lower production profitability. In order to reach a reasonable compromise between CPS compliance and the automatic generation control (AGC) regulation burden, and to enhance the system robustness, a novel variable universe fuzzy control based relax control method for AGC systems is proposed. With the introduction of the relax control logic into the fuzzy rules, the variable universe fuzzy controller can adaptively tune the gains of the PI controller of AGC systems. The simulation results show that even under the circumstances of system parameter changes or strong stochastic disturbances, the proposed controller not only ensures fast load adaptability, large stability margin and strong robustness, but also effectively reduces the number of times of regulation instructions and inverse regulations while satisfying the CPS compliance requirement.
