摘要
大电网安全稳定综合协调防御已经进入工程应用阶段。根据大电网安全稳定综合协调防御系统的特点,用系统化的方法进行工程设计,是提高综合协调防御系统工程实用化水平的有效途径。分析了工程设计的任务与目标,从系统设计和应用设计2个方面探讨工程设计方法,阐述了筹划阶段和应用阶段的设计思路和设计内容。
Integrated and coordinated defense system of large power system has reached the engineering application stage.According to its characteristic,systematic engineering design is an effective way to improve the practical level of integrated and coordinated defense system.The engineering design tasks and goals are analyzed,and the design and application of the system are discussed.Design ideas and elements at the planning and application stage are described.
