新型客车空调控制柜采用了可编程序控制器（ＰＬＣ）、大功率固态继电器（ＳＳＲ）及新型故障保护装置等，减少了空调控制系统的故障，实现了智能化、无触点化，完善了控制功能，为今后控制功能的进一步改进和扩大提供了便利条件。
