新时期下导游员岗位能力的调查与分析

Guides Competence Investigation and Analysis in New Era

近年来，中国旅游业飞速发展，需要大批高素质的旅游人才，优秀的导游人才极其缺乏。导游人员良好的岗位能力对我国旅游业的发展尤为重要。本文根据当前导游服务发展的趋势，结合对重庆市多家旅游公司的调研，对新时期导游人员的工作岗位能力进行一定分析，以便于全面衡量导游的综合工作能力，提升导游服务水平。

In recent years, china＇s rapidly developing tourism industry need a lot of high quality guide, but lack of excellent ones, guides good abilities are important to development of tourism services. Based on the current trends of the development of guides services, we combined with survey on a number of tourism enterprises in Chongqing city, to analysis and research capacity of tour guides in the new period, in order to measure the guides＇ comprehensive ability at all sides and improve guide service.
