摘要
砷在自然界分布广泛,主要以砷化物的形式存在,具有较强毒性。可通过多种途径进入人类的生活环境引起健康危害,砷代谢过程涉及到复杂的酶促或非酶促反应过程,近年来以砷代谢为突破口的砷中毒发病机制探索成为新的研究热点,本文就有关砷在生物体内代谢方面的研究做一综述,以期有助于慢性砷中毒作用机制的研究。
Arsenic is widely distributed and has strong toxic. There are many forms of arsenic in nature. There are many ways for Arsenic to enter the man's living environment and cause health hazards. Arsenic metabolism relates to complex progress with or without enzyme catalysis. Recently, pathogenesis of arsenic poisoning, with arsenic metabolism as breakthrough, becomes hot point. This article offers a review on the metabolism of arsenic in biological research, and in order to contribute to the mechanism of chronic arsenic poisoning study.
