摘要
蛭石是一种层状结构的镁铁质水铝硅酸盐变质次生矿物,经改性后,其稳定性、吸附性能及催化性能都将得到改善,但国内外对蛭石改性的研究尚不够深入。主要采用热处理法对新疆尉犁的蛭石进行改性研究,实验结果表明:1.选用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMAB)作为插层剂,采用加热煮沸法,可以对新疆尉犁蛭石进行热处理改性;2.改性后的有机蛭石与改性前相比层间含水量减少,层间距有所增大。
Vermiculite is a kind of magnesium aluminum silicate iron water degenerate secondary metamorphic minerals of layered structure. After modified, the stability, catalytic properties and adsorption properties of vermiculites would have been improved. However, up to now, investigates on modified vermiculite had not been deeply developed by scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, heat treatment modification method were used on vermiculite in Xinjiang, and two conclusions were drawn: 1. Selecting hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as intercalation agent and using the method of heating till boiled, we can get modified vermiculite; 2. Compared with the original vermiculite, the spacing of layer of modified vermiculites were increased and the interlayer water content was decreased.
