摘要
在简要介绍数据挖掘在银行客户关系管理中的地位和应用的基础上,重点论述了数据挖掘技术在银行客户关系管理中的应用模型和银行客户关系管理系统的构建。
After briefly introducing the role and application of data mining in bank' s customer relationship management and data mining, this paper elaborates application model of data mining technology in the banking customer relationship management and the establishment of the bank' s customer relationship management system.
