摘要 [目的]探讨手术结合术后放射治疗方法治疗脊柱孤立性浆细胞瘤的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析经手术病理检查证实的5例脊柱孤立性浆细胞瘤病人经手术结合术后放射治疗的疗效。[结果]随访12～40个月,病人获得完全恢复,均无复发迹象。[结论]手术结合手术后放射治疗是治疗脊柱孤立性浆细胞瘤的优良方法。
