针对我国航运企业的实际情况，利用ＤＳＳ技术与方法，通过对航运企业的系统分析研究，建立一套适用于航运企业的投资决策系统，以辅助或支持企业的决策者分析经营与投资的经济效果，选择经营与投资决策方案，使决策的结果更能满足航运企业经营发展的实际需要．

The purpose of this article is to set up a suitable shipping enterprise investment decision support system based on the actual situation of Chinese shipping enterprises. We establish this system through systems analysis, using the DSS skill and methods, in order to assist the decision makers to analyze the economic effects of management decision making alternatives so that the decision making effects can meet the shipping enterprise management and development actual needs.
