In accordance with analysis on general situation of ship operation in a shipping enterprises, this paper employs the accumulative prediction method to survey the interesting of its freight traffic and determine its scale of transport capacity which the balance required. And it points out the direction of transport capacity adjustment and structure optimization. So that it provides a scientific base for the operation decision making of a shipping enterprises.
