Study on the collection efficiency of ammonium salts with the SO_2 removal by the thermal chemistry method

摘要 研究了温度、湿度等参数对热化学法SO2脱除率和铵盐回收率影响规律.从中发现SO2脱除率随温度上升略有提高,并不是气体温度高于54℃时脱除率为零.另外,气体温度低于54℃时,铵盐微粒回收率高达90%以上,高于54℃时铵盐回收率低于10%.解决了常规热化学干法脱硫的一些误解和难点. The parameters such as temperature, humidity on the efficiency of SO 2 removal and the ammonium salts collection are discussed in this paper. It is found that the SO 2 removal efficiency slightly increases with the increase of the temperature, which is not zero when the gas' temperature is over 54℃. In addition, the collection efficiency of ammonium salts reaches more than 90% when gas' temperature, is below 54℃. less 10% when over 54℃. With the studies, some misunderstandings of dry DeSO 2 by the conventional thermal chemistry are cleared.
